Saturday Bites

Ingredients:

2 avocados halved

2 small eggs

Salt and pepper

Directions:

Pre-heat the oven to 400.

Start by scooping out some of the avocado flesh to make room for the eggs. Carefully crack your eggs into the avocado cups, 1 egg per cup, and season with salt, and pepper. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on your oven. ( I did 16 minutes)

Serve, enjoy!
