Yep, hanging upside down in Pilates! Two amazing advanced series exercises on the Cadillac :
First, I am using my favorite fuzzy straps for a full body stretch, that requires lots of scapular stabilization! This is a great stretch and requires a lot of control, creates an elongated physique though!
And second, doing another advanced exercise on the Cadillac called “full hang”. This requires trunk stabilization like crazy!! However, killer abs will be formed.
